Bought twice when recently purchasing probiotics this past warm fall. 1st time - ice pack was warm on delivery (48hrs after being shipped). 2nd time - ice pack was still cold on delivery (24hrs after being shipped). Both times a sealed insulated envelope was used - helping keep it cold. Might be worth it to buy 2/order. Might also be beneficial for room temperature products to not be added to the insulated envelope.

Great oditon to the ordet

In glad the Seeking health has the ice pack because I live in hot climate and I ordered on monthly base. It helps to my supplement to stay cool until they delivered
