    This just works

    I'm always tweaking my supps. from Doc. Ben. This Lithium Orotate lifts the veil, and helps to keep my ruminating thoughts stable. I'm a Comt met/met, and 1 copy Mthfr c677t. Sometimes methylfolate and methylcobalamin have to be skipped depending on my level of restlessness. Or I take Adeno B12. As time goes by, day by day, our supplement requirements vary. After a while, with learning more and more from Doc. Ben, it gets easier and better. There is real help here.
