The importance of CoQ10 is massive. It’s an absolute requirement in your body’s ability to literally generate energy. Without CoQ10, you cannot make energy via ATP.

When ATP levels are low, then all systems are going to fail.

By supporting healthy CoQ10 levels, you’re supporting healthy ATP production and thus, energy.

    Egg quality

    I purchased this supplement to help with my egg quality support. It is still too soon to tell. I have been only taking it for couple of days. I never took a non-gel form of CoQ10 but I did not notice much of energy increase either. Will try for a month and possibly update.
