    I love the fact that the dosage is 125mg and not a mega dosage of ox bile per capsule. Seeking Health Ox Bile not only helps with meals high in fat it also helps digest healthy fats!

    Ox Bile

    I was having digestion issues. I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago and discovered this supplement. It does seem to help especially when you are eating a high protein diet. I take it before a high protein meal.
