Prenatal Essentials

We know it can be hard to find the right prenatal—so many are on the market making outlandish claims. We wanted to develop a simple yet nourishing prenatal with everything you need from conception to breastfeeding. Prenatal Essentials contains superior and bioavailable forms of crucial pregnancy nutrients to support baby's development, including folinic acid, an active, unmethylated form of folate (you'll never find folic acid in our products), bioavailable B12, vitamin A, and chelated minerals for easier utilization and absorption. Our prenatals don't contain iron, so you can customize your dose with your healthcare practitioner. When growing a healthy baby, more is not necessarily better. You just need the essentials!^†

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal. If desired, you may take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch. Take as needed. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Fish Oil
