    Clumping in powdered supplements like our Electrolytes is a natural occurrence and is completely normal. Electrolyte powders contain mineral salts that are naturally hygroscopic, meaning they attract and absorb moisture from the air. Even small amounts of humidity (from opening the container, storage conditions, or ambient moisture) can cause the powder to clump together.
    The good news is that this does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product. The clumping is purely a physical/textural change, not a chemical one, so the electrolytes are still just as potent and safe to take. You can simply break up the clumps with a spoon or the back of a scoop before mixing, or give the container a gentle shake before use.

    Keeps my immune system strong

    I’ve been taking a scoop of this daily with my Optimal Electrolyte powder for over a year now. As someone who used to need extra immune support due to various health reasons, I was pleasantly surprised to be the only person in my family that has stayed well during the seasons the last year.
