    not sure it helps or hurts me

    I have to take pancreatic enzymes due to insufficiency. Gut nutrients made things worse. I do take 2 capsules Bile Nutrients nightly. Not sure if they are working. Never have constipation due to optimal thyroid levels. Tried both fish oils. Seldom take them as the lemon oil burps burn! Going back to krill oil. Tired of unformed stools looking like cake batter every morning..I use Dao with any questionable histamin foods and have tried both SH probiotics. No difference. S Boulardii yeast is the worse as it shoots right thru! Trying soil based probiotics next. I dont absorb mist zinc forms so func medcdr rec zinc picolinate in my case for immunity.
