How to Use Optimal Focus
Download PDF
I’m a 50 year old man, fairly active, and almost always feel worn out - from work and life! As a Systems Engineer in the tech industry, I can say that having a product like yours in my desk drawer has helped me stay sharp, when I need it most. Technical / critical thinking are essential for nearly every aspect of what I do - on a daily basis.†
While taking Optimal Focus – I kept a few notes to track my results. I took the recommended serving at the same time (during the work week, ~10 AM) and avoided caffeine for 4 hours. I noticed a change in my mental clarity that seemed to be lacking, with no adverse side effects.
Specifically:
Focus. Technical thought and task-oriented activities seemed to be less mentally frenetic.
Easier to stay on task / on a single train of thought.
Awareness felt supported, and with fewer mental distractions.
Vocabulary. The best way I can explain it – expressing myself became more fluid. (My usual wittiness went up a notch. )
Thanks again for the opportunity! Kudos for a solid formula that works!†
Regards –
Lincoln B.
