Only prenatal I can keep down

Have tried 4 different brand of prenatals this pregnancy and seeking health is the only ones I’ve been able to stomach and not had bad side effects. It’s only 2 pills a day and they don’t smell or taste bad. They’ve been the best for first trimester sickness! - Brooke B.

Pregnancy is a time of optimization. If you’re already leading a healthy lifestyle, eating well and your environment is supportive, you still need some nutritional support just not as much. Prenatal Essentials is designed for healthy women looking to refine and optimize.†

Some days you may find you’re feeling great in the morning. These days you may only need to take 1 capsule vs the full suggested serving of 2 capsules if you feel great.

Nutrients take time to get depleted some days or taking one capsule is ok when you’re feeling good.

Please don’t feel guilty if you’re not always taking the full serving. Consistency matters, but more is not always better with nutrients.

You may find at times that taking the full serving of Prenatal Essentials feels like more than you need. With possible responses like headaches, irritability, or trouble falling asleep.

If you experience these responses, it’s fine to pause for a day. Check in with your body and then resume with just 1 capsule after breakfast instead of the full 2

    Fits my needs

    I really like this prenatal. I did a lot of research beforehand and the Optimal Prenatal seemed to have too much stuff for me whereas the Prenatal Essentials is a more essentials selection. It's easy to take and the B vitamins give me more energy.
