DAO before meals is very helpful
DAO before meals is very helpful for those with histamine intolerance like me. Easy to take and swallow, no after taste. Of course it's more helpful if you get the other products, but I understand the cost and burden on our pockets. I really wished there was a special discount for people that depend on these products for support, especially during season changes.

Histamine episode go to
DAO Enzyme is my go to when a histamine episode begins. I will take two or three and drink a hydration pack and usually with in 30 minutes, my histamine begins to calm down.
I panic when I get down to half a bottle. I make sure I have some with me every where I go.
