DAO Support - Dirty Genes®

Your DAO gene makes an enzyme known as diamine oxidase (also called DAO). DAO enzymes are necessary for processing histamine, a chemical in your body that gets released in response to some foods or inflammatory situations. Gut bacteria can also produce histamine.
