Why I Formulated This

Parents often ask me the same question: "How can I help my child focus naturally?"

Here's what I've learned formulating focus vitamins for kids: a lot of them don't need more stimulation. A kid who melts down over transitions, can't sit still, or gets overwhelmed by noise and expectations isn't always under-stimulated. Often the opposite is true. Their brain is already firing at full capacity. It doesn't have what it needs to settle down. Stimulate it further, and you don't get calm. You get more irritability, worse meltdowns, and harder crashes later in the day.

I formulated Kids Optimal Focus for one of my own sons. He didn't need to be revved up. He needed his brain to have the raw materials to regulate itself. That's a different problem, and it needs a different kind of support.†

All three of my sons use this formula. Two are in college, and the oldest is in a demanding job. They still reach for it when they need it. That's key. They use it on an as-needed basis; not daily.

It's awesome seeing my sons thrive. What keeps me doing this work isn't the formulation itself. It's reading the stories that come back from parents. I look forward to reading yours.

How to Use It

Watch how your child responds to these calm focus vitamins, and ask them how they're feeling with it too. Some kids can tell you exactly what they're noticing. Others struggle to put it into words, and that's fine. Your observation matters as much as their report.†

Changes may show up as fast as 20 minutes after your child chews the tablet. Yes, you read that right.

When using this product, you or your child may notice support for†:

  • Willingness to try something new
  • A healthy response to stress during stressful moments
  • Feeling outgoing and happy
  • Steadier handwriting
  • Teachers saying good things
  • Coaches noticing how well they're doing
  • Academic focus
  • Emotional steadiness

When to Use It

If a test, sporting event, or competition is coming up, consider giving Kids Optimal Focus that day, or about an hour before it starts. Having the right amount of acetylcholine (the brain chemical this formula supports, involved in memory, focus, and calm) on board before a stressful event helps some kids perform at a steady level.†

I give my older kids Optimal Focus before a test or a competition. They notice their performance is supported, and so do their teachers and coaches.†

Signs You May Want to Pause or Stop

On days your child wakes up already in a good mood, feeling great, skip the Kids Optimal Focus that day. The goal is the right amount of acetylcholine, not more of it. Too much can show up as irritability, headaches, or loose stools.

If any of those side effects show up, pause the supplement until they clear. Then restart at half the dose and watch closely. Don't give Kids Optimal Focus to a kid who's already in great spirits and doing well.

Who Kids Optimal Focus Is For

If you've been searching for focus vitamins for kids or natural supplements to support a child's focus, and you can relate to one or more of the following, then Kids Optimal Focus may be helpful for your child, or even you†:

  1. Meltdowns and emotional dysregulation
My child struggles to stay emotionally regulated, especially with big feelings or reactions.
Supports healthy acetylcholine levels involved in mood balance and calm responses to stress.†
  2. Trouble at school: behavior notes, calls home, teacher concerns
My child is getting in trouble at school and I keep hearing about it.
Supports the focus and self-regulation that shows up in the classroom, the kind teachers and coaches notice.†
  3. Hyperactivity, inattention, trouble sitting still
My kid can't sit still or stay focused, no matter what we've tried.
Supports the brain chemistry behind sustained attention, without adding stimulation to a brain that's already running hot.†
  4. Difficulty with transitions and new situations
My kid freaks out when we introduce something new, or when moving from one activity to the next.
Supports a healthy emotional response to change, helping kids adapt instead of react.†
  5. Weak short-term memory and trouble focusing on schoolwork
My child forgets what they just learned or can't stay on task with homework.
Supports the acetylcholine pathway involved in short-term memory and sustained attention.†
  6. Overthinking and nervousness before tests or performances
My kid gets anxious taking tests or performing, even when they know the material.
Supports a calm, steady approach to stressful moments like tests and competitions.†
  7. Sensory sensitivity to noise and distraction
My kid is easily distracted or irritated by sounds and does better in quiet spaces.
Supports the focus needed to filter out distraction and stay on task.†
  8. Mood swings and inconsistent good and bad days
My kid seems fine one day and completely off the next, with no clear reason.
Supports steady acetylcholine levels day to day, since sleep, stress, and diet all affect what the brain has available.†
  9. Fine motor skills and muscle coordination
My kid struggles with handwriting or physical coordination.
Supports healthy muscle coordination and fine motor function.†
  10. Low REM sleep
REM sleep has been measured low for my child.
Supports healthy REM sleep, important for learning and memory consolidation.†
  11. APOE 3/4 or 4/4 genetic variant
I've tested my child's APOE gene and found a 3/4 or 4/4 variant.
    Supports healthy APOE gene function.†
  12. Occasional constipation
    Supports healthy, regular bowel movements.†
  13. Dry eyes, dry mouth, or occasional blurry vision
Supports healthy eyes and oral mucosa.†

Adults Can Use This Too

Kids Optimal Focus isn't only for kids. Several reviewers use it themselves, especially those sensitive to stronger stimulant-based children's focus supplements. It supports the same acetylcholine pathway in adults, at a dose you control.†

Precise, Flexible Dosing: One Tablet, Many Doses

Because it's a chewable, you're not locked into an all-or-nothing dose. Break or cut it into halves or quarters for a smaller child, a sensitive child, or an adult who needs less, something a swallowed capsule can't do.

    Love it!

I’m super sensitive to everything. This is the first supplement for focus that I as a 43 yr old woman have been able to use and it has helped so much. I love that it’s a chewable form and I can take as low of a dosage as I need to be able to tolerate it. It also is helping my children and chewable makes it easier to get them to take it.

    Love it!

This stuff is amazing! We've noticed a positive difference in our child's focus and cooperation since starting this supplement. I wish we had tried this when school was still in session. We will be subscribing and keeping some on hand for school in the fall.

    5-star

My friend's son had similar experiences at school as my son, so she mentioned she had been using this to support his focus. I did some research and thought it wouldn't hurt to try. It was one of the best decisions I've made as a parent. He seems more comfortable and confident at school, and I've noticed a real difference in how he handles his schoolwork. I feel good about supporting his focus and cognitive function every day.
