FAQs for Dirty Genes: The Histamine Workbook
Is the Workbook available on Kindle ?
It is not available on Kindle. The reason is because it is a workbook. We want you to hold it in your hands, check boxes, circle things and write in it. On a Kindle, you cannot do that. It’s not as empowering a tool. A workbook is only as good as the one actively using it. Health requires work and a Workbook helps you efficiently work. We also have a very beautiful, and handy, Effects of Histamine centerfold which folds out. The Kindle version does not allow this.
Is the Workbook available in other languages?
Not yet. We just released it. If you’d like it translated, please let us know which language. The book, Dirty Genes, is translated in many languages. That may be a great starting place for you.
I haven’t read Dirty Genes yet. Can I still use this Workbook?
Definitely. It’s actually a great introduction into the concept of ‘dirty genes.’ Once you’ve put the Histamine Workbook to use, we highly recommend you read Dirty Genes - and put that to use. Dirty Genes has helped so many people around the world and we’d love it to help you, too!
I haven’t done genetic testing. Can I still use this Workbook?
Of course! Dr. Lynch actually encourages you to not look at your histamine genetics. At least not until you’ve done the majority of the work in this workbook. Focusing too much on histamine SNP’s means you may fail to address the underlying issues. Knowing your histamine genetics can be incredibly insightful, fun, and rewarding, but there is plenty to get out of this workbook without genetic testing. The sections on genetics are explained thoroughly so that anyone can understand them.
