How To Use Optimal Prenatal MF
Download PDFThis is the only prenatal vitamin that doesn’t upset my stomach and that helps me digest and absorb the nutrients well. I’m so grateful for this product as I get ready to hopefully start my motherhood journey in the future!†
Outstanding product, methyl free if you are sensitive to methyl donors. Gentle on the tummy. Highly recommend.† ~ Amy J
This MF prenatal multivitamin has been the one I turn to and come back to always. I have Comt slow, Mtrr and Mtr and a few other mutations thay dont allow me to tolerate methyl groups. Sometimes I do tolerate methyl groups, and it usually leads to wax and wane of over or under methylating. Since discovering this 6 yrs ago, I always have it. And the higher level of B12 is needed because I have lupus. Lupus eats up all your nutrients. TY Seeking Health for doing your homework… ~ Lauren
I've been taking the Prenatal Essentials MF for about 2 1/2 years now, and I depend upon them to fill in the gaps as I continue in my TTC journey! I'm so grateful for this solid methyl-free option as I cannot tolerate methylated vitamins. I don't know where else I would turn! ~ Abigail
