If you're planning to conceive, I recommend starting this prenatal at least three months before trying.     The best prenatal!

    This prenatal was the only prenatal I took during my pregnancy that did not give my body any strange reactions. I felt steady energy and in general felt much relieved knowing that I was taking something more bioavailable for my body to provide for my baby. I also continued to take this postpartum for nutrient boosted milk supply.

    No face breakouts! Yay!

    The b vitamins in these don’t give me acne like other brands! I’m on my 3rd bottle. I’m not pregnant but use these as a multivitamin.
