High End Ingredients

Have you ever experienced side effects from taking B vitamins?

Like nervousness, headaches, or uncomfortable excitation? It could be related to the methylated nutrients!

B Complex MF is a potent B vitamin complex containing the eight essential B vitamins, featuring non-methylated B12 and folate.

B Complex MF is an excellent option if you’re looking for a one-a-day B complex supplement free of methyl donors. This gluten-free formula is free from GMO markers. It provides more than 100% of the daily value for all eight essential B vitamins. The potent amounts are ideal for those deficient or requiring higher amounts of B vitamins. It can be a great addition to your daily multivitamin intake.

B Complex MF supports healthy:

  • Energy production
  • Hormone balance
  • Positive mood
  • Nerves and brain
  • Red blood cells
  • Homocysteine levels
  • Immune system function

Some people experience nervousness, headaches, or rapid heartbeat when they take methylcobalamin and methylfolate. Yet, these active forms of vitamin B12 and folate are required for methylation, homocysteine recycling, and overall wellness.

(Wondering if you’re sensitive to methyl donors? This article will help you determine if you need methyl-free supplements.)

B Complex MF contains folate and vitamin B12 in non-methylated forms. It features folate as folinic acid and B12 as adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin. These methyl-free forms take additional enzyme steps before becoming methyl donors.

Folinic acid (folate) is readily transformed into methylfolate (5-MTHF) in the body. Likewise, the ‘adeno’ and ‘hydroxo’ forms of vitamin B12 can easily convert to the active form of methylcobalamin. This slower delivery may provide comfort for those sensitive to methylated nutrients.

B Complex MF doesn’t contain:

  • Methylated B vitamins
  • Methylcobalamin
  • Methylfolate
  • S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe)
  • Choline
  • Inositol
  • Trimethylglycine (TMG or Betaine)

You should never feel wired, anxious, or nervous after you take a supplement. With B Complex MF, you can get your daily B’s without the unease!

Key Ingredients

Inside the Uncompromising Quality of Our Ingredients

×
  • Thiamin
Vitamin B1 supports healthy carbohydrate metabolism and detoxification.
  • Biotin
    Supports healthy skin and nails.
  • Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
Essential for proper cortisol regulation and adrenal function. It is also a cofactor for the NAT2 enzyme, which metabolizes histamine to acetyl histamine and eliminates it in the urine.
  • Folinic Acid
A non-methylated form of folate (vitamin B9) that readily converts to methylfolate in the body. Folate supports healthy homocysteine conversion, DNA repair, methylation processes, and epigenetic expression.
  • Hydroxocobalamin & adenosylcobalamin
Non-methylated forms of vitamin B12 that readily convert to methylcobalamin in the body. They support healthy energy production, methylation processes, and detoxification.
  • Riboflavin
Vitamin B2 is a cofactor for the MTHFR gene, producing the active folate form. Riboflavin supports healthy MTRR and MTHFR enzyme activity, hormone balance, and nervous system function. Riboflavin also plays a key role in cellular energy production.
  • Niacin
Vitamin B3 supports healthy circulation, MTRR enzyme function, and energy production.
  • Vitamin B6
Pyridoxine as P-5-P supports healthy hormone and neurotransmitter balance. P-5-P is a cofactor for the CBS enzyme needed for healthy homocysteine metabolism and glutathione formation.

    Quality B Complex!

Although it is not something I am currently taking, I plan on adding it back in the future, as it is a high-quality B complex.
