High End Ingredients

A multivitamin is often thought of to take daily after breakfast. I want you to erase that thinking and use a multivitamin when you feel you need it.

Signs of nutrient deficiency occur when you’re working hard, not sleeping well, traveling, under mental or physical stress, low mood or feeling a bit tired.

When you feel these, that’s the time you need to support yourself with healthy amounts of nutrients as found in Multivitamin One MF - or any multivitamin.

Do not take a multivitamin if you’re feeling good overall. Too many nutrients may lead to side effects of irritability, headache or difficulty falling asleep to name a few.

I often suggest taking this, and most multivitamins, three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Take always after a protein based breakfast. This way you start your day with ample protein and absorb the nutrients well.

Are you looking for a simple, one-a-day multivitamin?

Does methylfolate or methylcobalamin make you feel irritable, have headaches or anxiety? You’re not alone. This is why Dr. Lynch formulated this supplement.

Multivitamin One MF contains many of your essential daily nutrients in methyl-free forms, delivered in a well-absorbed, one-a-day capsule.

Some people experience nervousness, headaches, or rapid heartbeat from methylated nutrients. Yet, most high-quality multivitamins on the market contain methylcobalamin and methylfolate.

Multivitamin One MF is formulated to be free of methylated nutrients. Instead, you’ll find folate as folinic acid (calcium folinate). B12 is provided as hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These methyl-free forms are readily converted into the active, methylated forms in your body. This slower delivery may provide comfort for those sensitive to methylated nutrients.

Multivitamin One MF is free from:

  • Methylated B vitamins
  • Methylcobalamin
  • Methylfolate
  • S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe)
  • Choline
  • Inositol
  • Trimethylglycine (TMG or Betaine)

This formula is encased in an easy-to-digest vegetarian capsule for optimal absorption. It is gluten-free and free from GMO markers, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, and artificial colors.

You should never feel wired, anxious, or nervous after you take a supplement. With Multivitamin One MF, you don’t have to!

Key Ingredients

Inside the Uncompromising Quality of Our Ingredients

×
  • Folinic Acid (Methyl-free Folate)
A non-methylated form of folate (vitamin B9) that readily converts to methylfolate in the body. Folate supports healthy homocysteine conversion, fertility, fetal development, DNA repair, energy production, cognitive function, methylation processes, and epigenetic expression.
  • Hydroxocobalamin
A non-methylated form of B12 that quickly converts to adeno B12 and methyl B12 in the body. It supports healthy energy production and helps the body to utilize folate for methylation processes. Hydroxo B12 also supports the normal detoxification of toxins present in environmental exposures, such as smoke and other pollutants.
  • Vitamin A
Provides the bioavailable form, as retinyl palmitate, to support common BC01 gene variations for optimal eye, mucus membrane, and immune system health. It plays significant roles in respiratory and lung health, normal inflammatory signaling and healthy immune system defenses.
  • Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)(Extramel®)
Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) Contains plant-derived superoxide dismutase with activity similar to SOD1 and SOD2, supporting the body’s natural antioxidant defense systems.

Be careful with this if you have POTS

I decided to take this multivitamin every other day, and after a while, I started to notice a pattern. The day after taking one, I would be lethargic, depressed, and nauseated. I have POTS, and I’m guessing that one or more of the ingredients was causing a mini flare up, as this is exactly what a flare up feels like for me. I’d feel better by the next day, but then I’d take another dose and the cycle would start over. It’s so hard to find a multivitamin that’s just that - vitamins and minerals -without a bunch of added stuff that people might potentially react to. I hope Seeking Health will make a basic one for those of us who need non methylated B vitamins and are also sensitive to supplements.

    Skye,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that you felt unwell after taking the multivitamin. That type of cycle can feel incredibly discouraging, and your comfort and safety always come first.

We understand how challenging it can be to find a multivitamin that’s simple, gentle, and free from ingredients that may trigger sensitivities. For this reason, we typically recommend Multivitamin One Sensitive, which is formulated without methylated B vitamins and is designed to be a more minimal option for those who are reactive to supplements. Many individuals with sensitivities find it to be a better fit.

I’ve also gone ahead and confirmed that a refund has been issued under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

Agreed, This is One Magnificent Formula

Agreed with the prior review, this is a magnificent formula and the best overall multivitamin I’ve ever taken or come across, all things considered. I’d just love to see 1mg of zeaxanthin to round it out, either all retinyl palmitate or a higher overall vitamin A dose, and 140 iu of SOD to match the clinical dose shown to be effective in studies. Simply reducing pantothenic acid by 10% would provide more than enough headroom to make those adjustments while keeping the same sized one pill a day dose.

    Thanks Dr. Lynch!
