    Didn't work as well as hoped

    It did help, but not as well as hoped (basically I had to take this 2x/day vs 1x/day of what I was taking previously)

    Hi Kat -

    Histamine levels fluctuate depending on multiple factors:

    • nutrient levels
    • stress levels
    • exercise level
    • environmental irritant levels
      and others

    Histamine support supplements work synergistically.

    Consider this combination for even more healthy histamine support:

    • HistaminX - take as needed - consider 1x day
    • Histamine Block Plus (name changing to Histamine Digest soon) x consider 1 capsule a day vs the full 2 capsule serving size
    • ProBiota HistaminX - take 1 capsule after dinner

    If experiencing stressful moments, consider Adrenal Nutrients (name changing to Stress Nutrients)

    If waking up feeling very tired, support healthy energy levels by taking 1 capsule of Adrenal Cortex with breakfast.

    Only take these supplements on an as needed basis.

    The only supplement that I highly recommend people take daily is Optimal Electrolyte. Healthy hydration levels are also extremely important for healthy histamine balance.

    A must have

    This is a must have for me with my histamine intolerance. But since it's been out of stock, I've been trying to find a replacement that works as well as HisaminX works, but I haven't been able to find anything. I really hope and pray it's back in stock soon. I need it.

    Need more time

    I think they work to prevent histamine effects from developing but I didn’t take

    Them on a steady basis because it said to take them with food. I think they are designed to take everyday, so I’m not sure

    If I’m seeing much difference yet. I love the quality and the science that goes into Ssking Heslth products.
