    Gentle Balance

    Haven't needed this for a couple of months, but the post-new-year stormy weather mood has lasted a bit long for me. Thanks to Dr. Lynch and Seeking Health, I learned last year that I don't need this regularly, but can bring it in when the mood hits and it always gently balances me out.

    Great Support At Stressful Times

    I had a misconception, Lithium is in the arsenal of people with mental disorders. Then when I saw it on Seeking Health website, my heart lightened up very much. We decided to try it. We don't take it every day, only as needed or a few days in a row and take a break. But the results are so worth it! Definitely feeling much calmer during stressful times. The great thing is that it can be titrated to a specific needed dosage by dividing a 500mg capsule. molybdenum is a great product in a small capsule without any aftertaste. Thanks, Dr. Lynch!
