Multivitamin One MF is formulated to be free from methyl donors including methylfolate and methyl B12. This does not mean it goes without these two essential B vitamins!

This product contains non-methylated folate in the form of folinic acid (calcium folinate). It also provides non-methylated vitamin B12 in two active forms, hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.†

    Too Much Niacin

    I've taken many brands of multivitamins and B supplements over the years, and I have never suffered a niacin flush. After taking a single Multivitamin One MF capsule, I developed a severe, painful rash that took about 12 hours to resolve.

    I am concerned that the claim this product contains the equivalent of just 125% of the RDA for niacin could be inaccurate.
