Pregnancy is a time of optimization. If you’re already leading a healthy lifestyle, eating well and your environment is supportive, you still need some nutritional support just not as much. Prenatal Essentials is designed for healthy women looking to refine and optimize.†

Some days you may find you’re feeling great in the morning. These days you may only need to take 1 capsule vs the full suggested serving of 2 capsules if you feel great.

Nutrients take time to get depleted some days or taking one capsule is ok when you’re feeling good.

Please don’t feel guilty if you’re not always taking the full serving. Consistency matters, but more is not always better with nutrients.

You may find at times that taking the full serving of Prenatal Essentials feels like more than you need. With possible responses like headaches, irritability, or trouble falling asleep.

If you experience these responses, it’s fine to pause for a day. Check in with your body and then resume with just 1 capsule after breakfast instead of the full 2

Some days you may find you need the full 2 and other days none or just 1. Tune in to how you’re feeling before you take it after your protein based breakfast.

Many women enjoy taking 1 capsule after breakfast and then seeing how they feel around lunch time. If they feel they need to support healthy energy, mood and cognition, they will take the second capsule after their lunch.†

    Prenatal and Postpartum

    I would recommend the Prentala Essentials to anyone. I switched halfway through my pregnancy to this vitamin after I compared labels and realized I needed more. I still take it since I'm breastfeeding and I think it helps a lot with my energy levels and to make sure I am still receiving all the nutrients I need as I recover.

    No morning sickness

    I had no morning sickness with my second pregnancy, and I contribute that to taking this. I did not have this during my first pregnancy and was sick every day.
