    Great Prenatal

    I have tried many different types of Prenatals and I must say this one feels very superior. I’m very pleased that it is only 6 capsules/day as opposed to 8+ like some other companies suggest and when you split it into 2 servings, taking 3 capsules at a time is really easy. Some prenatals make me feel bloated but not this one! The quality behind Seeking Health is absolutely amazing, and when prepping your body for pregnancy and postpartum, this is extremely important. The onlyyyy downside I see in this supplement is that it does not provide any choline which is pretty important to have during pregnancy and postpartum, so I’m alittle disappointed by that and am curious as to why they did not include it in this supplement. I will definitely be buying more next month regardless!

    I feel great!

    I used this prenatal for my second pregnancy and never felt better. It didn't cause any stomach upset, burps, or gas. My energy with a two-year-old toddler was excellent. I attribute my healthy pregnancy to this Prenatal, which I started taking 3mo before conception!

    Favorite prenatal

    If you can get past swallowing 8 capsules, it is an awesome supplement that has all the components for healthy pregnancy. Many advertise but not many deliver great nutrients as much as the optimal prenatal. Highly recommend!
