    I broke out in hives. I wasn't 100% sure if it was the B minus or something else, so I waited a few days and took it with just water and had the same reaction. This happed to me with your Multivitamin One MF as well. I have switched over to Thorne because my guess is you changed something in your formula that doesn't set well with my system. :(

    Absolutely Love

    I recently found out that I do not methylate B vitamins and need a very specific type to work for me. I searched all over and Seeking Health was the only brand that had what I was looking for and understood my struggle with broken genes.
