    It has helped but...

    I've been giving this to my son for about a year. He's almost 12 now. It helped bring his homocysteine levels down and he does great on a 1/4 lozenge daily as far as side effects. His MCV is slightly elevated on blood work and a functional doctor suggested switching to hydroxo b12 and methyfolate separately. I'm not sure whether to do that or increase the hydroxo with folinic he's already on.
